DDR4

DDR4 stands for Double Data Rate fourth generation and refers to a type of SDRAM (synchronous dynamic random-access memory) that is the fourth iteration of DDR technology. Since their inception, an outstanding progress has been made in cost reduction, power reduction, and enhancement in bit/product density of DRAM chips. A significant progress has also been made in the rate of data availability from DRAM over the decades through advancement in memory design and architecture. DRAM organizations evolved from earlier asynchronous designs to synchronous designs (SDRAMs). Currently, DRAM products are readily available with DDR4 SDRAM designs whereby 16 consecutive words (bytes) of data get transferred per internal clock cycle running at >0.5 GHz. DRAM has currently achieved up to a 4 GB chip capacity in DDR4 SDRAM product form.

MATLAB software is used to solve the reinforcement learning model, and the recommended computer configuration for numerical simulation analysis is as follow: Intel Core i7 or higher CPU, with a frequency of at least 3.5 GHz. A solid-state drive as the system disk and software installation disk, with a capacity of at least 256GB will be recommended. 16 GB or higher DDR4 memory. It is recommended to use graphics cards with a minimum of 8 GB of video memory. 64-bit Windows 10 operating system is suggested.
