Robot-assisted retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RA-RPLND) has been explored as a minimally invasive option, and it seems to have an acceptable safety profile, minimal morbidity, and short-term oncological outcomes comparable to the open approach [97]. Harris et al. compared 16 patients undergoing RA-RPLND and 21 patients who underwent L-RPLND showing equivalent results in terms of safety and perioperative outcomes [98].
