We can paraphrase what evolutionary medicine says about diseases. Diseases as typical entities or classes typically do not exist. There are single cases, because people are unique for the genetics and experiences of life: everyone is a unique case of disease [194,195]. Everyone, therefore, ages differently, and this applies even more to his/her immune system [immunobiography]. This means that personalized immunosenescence treatment is required.
