A 37-year-old male patient presented with the chief complaint of cramping and diffuses abdominal pain with sudden onset. Physical examination revealed diffuse abdominal tenderness with no muscular defense and rebound tenderness. Intestinal sounds were normoactive. Oral intake was stopped since patient was having increased abdominal pain episodes during oral feeding. An abdominal Doppler ultrasound was performed and showed an aneurysmal lesion of 76 × 47 mm at the proximal part of the SMA. The abdominal CT confirmed a pseudo-aneurysm at the proximal part of SMA, and showed surrounding fatty infiltration.
