For example, medical robot is based on robotic arms, enabling them to perform a variety of clinical operations through intelligent control and real-time tracking. Smart home robot is special robots that serve humans. It is primarily engaged in home services, maintenance and transportation, including smart speaker, sweeping robot, smart socket and other equipment. Bank robot can be used not only as a simple function to guide transfer, information inquiry, printing and numbering, but also active marketing such as credit card promotions and wealth management product promotion (Boyd & Holton, 2017; Siciliano & Khatib, 2016; Viejo, Fuentes, Howell, Torrico, & Dunshea, 2018).

Smart hospitals are the hospitals that are built on intelligent automated and optimized modules (maybe based on AI/ML) on the ICT infrastructure to improve patient care procedures and to add new capabilities. There are several applications of smart hospitals such as telemedicine, telehealth, remote robot surgery. Telemedicine is to provide clinical care at a distant location, while telehealth is to provide non-clinical care at a distance. In remote robot surgery, medical robots perform surgery through instruction from the doctor sitting far away.

As our analysis demonstrated, robots that were initially constructed for medical purposes are more specialized, have a limited number of functions, and take medical requirements into account by design. Specialized medical robots have very high effectiveness and efficiency, and their integration into an existing medical institution workflow is easy. However, their effectiveness and ease of deployment increase the price, therefore, many medical facilities, especially in developing countries, could not afford such robots.
