If you get tasked with investigating a UAS/RPA accident, I have a couple of suggestions. The first is do not try to tackle the investigation all on your own. You are going to need experts familiar with the field to help you get and analyze the information. Second, have a plan to get organized. Know what the major areas are for the investigation. One tool that I use is an investigation roster shown in Figure 7.5. This roster lists the major areas and provides space for assigning team members to specific tasks.

Capacity subscription levels are served as demand response baselines, which is positively correlated to demand response benefits. Thus, we expect that the proposed design will incentivize subscription to generation capacities from consumers. It should also be noted that consumers may also compete against each other to take the advantage of low prices during the off-peak period. When the loads shifted are greater than the excessive generation, consumers able to shift their loads to the off-peak period will gain more utility than those unable to do so. Similar problems present when performing curtailments for equitable treatment among consumers. A transparent procedure can be developed to create a roster or rolling schedule to satisfy consumers’ requirements. Further research is needed to gain more insights, this however is not the focus of this paper. Hypothesis 3. The proposed consumer-centric capital efficient community microgrids reveal the consumer willingness-to-pay for peak electricity, allow the self-selection to their desired service reliability level, and incentivize capacity subscription.
