LINGO is a thoroughly integrated modeling language and solver that interfaces with the entire LINDO system family of linear and nonlinear problem-solvers. (LINDO products are mentioned in several subsequent chapters, as this line of software offers application tools for a wide variety of types of problems, as further described at www.lindo.com.) This powerful modeling language features a convenient environment for expressing problems, facilitates using information directly from text files, spreadsheets, and databases, provides access to a comprehensive set of built-in solvers that handles a wide range of model types, and generates output reports as well as graphical displays during and upon completion of the solution process. LINGO runs on Windows, Mac and Linux systems.

The combination of Director Shockwave Studio and Flash is similar to the combination of SMIL and SVG. Director is a piece of software that enables users to create multimedia presentations by embedding audio, video, text, and Flash content. It is a reference tool for creating multimedia presentations for the Web. Director also has associated binary file formats for editing and publishing. The designer can specify the spatial organization on the screen and create animations for the different objects. Director makes use of a scripting language called “Lingo.” This language allows the user to assign quite complicated behaviors to different media objects. Among other possibilities, Lingo allows the graphics designer to employ interactive actions (mouse clicks and keyboard entries) to create simple synchronization between different mediums (key points) or to animate 3D worlds.

In this research work, the simulated model was represented successfully by sub-models equations. The optimization process would enhance by the good formulation of the optimization model, selection of effective decision variables and a proper design for software optimization problems. In this work, we have used Statistica software Version 10 for formulating optimization model based on advanced nonlinear estimation. The good formulation of the simulated model was reduced the non-linearity and interaction between the variables. LINGO is a powerful tool for solving modeling and optimization problems. The successive linear algorithm (SLP) has been found as the best solver for the true nonlinear model within successive, small regions. The Mixed-Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) algorithm has been proven the reliable deterministic search for the global nonlinear optimization problem to obtain integer values. Optimal results would guide for selecting the best-operating conditions. This can lessen the menace of experimental runs and the cost is consumed for operating. A reasonable agreement has been found when compared the simulated results with the experimental data. From the output/results, the optimization search could indicate an accuracy of 95%. From the implementation output of both SLP and MINLP algorithms, we can state that Age_of_Driver, Speed_Limit, and Age_of_Causality are effective and sensitive variables for Causality_Severity (YOB).

LINGO is a comprehensive tool designed to make building and solving mathematical optimization models easier and more efficient. LINGO provides a completely integrated package that includes a powerful language for expressing optimization models, a full-featured environment for building and editing problems and a set of fast built-in solvers capable of efficiently solving most classes of optimization models. LINGO is a simple tool for utilizing the power of linear and nonlinear optimization to formulate large problems concisely, solve them and analyse the solution.

Nowadays, optimization models can easily be developed using computer software such as Premium Solver Platform (Jiang, 2010), General Algebraic Modelling Systems (GAMS; Calasan et al., 2021) and LINGO (LINDO, 2020). LINGO has a remarkable popularity and is currently one of the most powerful and user-friendly software used since its inception in 1980s. Accordingly, in this study, LINGO software developed by Linear Interactive and Discrete Optimizer (LINDO) systems is utilised to run the developed model.
