As shown in Figure 3, the physical layer mainly includes public bicycles, public bicycle lockers, and site controllers. The tires of public bicycles are not inflated. Each car has an electronic ID card with a different number, which can be tracked through NB-IoT technology. Monitoring; the public bicycle locker is composed of a QR code and a control module. Users only need to scan the QR code to retrieve the car from the lock pile. The core of the physical layer is the site controller, which is installed at each site One set is composed of multiple modules such as outdoor communication control module, password button, display, power supply, etc. The control device can communicate with the bicycle pile in real time, and record the time, place and vehicle number when the user retrieves and returns the vehicle. It is also possible to exchange information and collect data with the management center through wireless devices.
