Electronic Supply Chain Management System: Electronic Market, Customer Satisfaction, and Logistic Model
Published in Hamed Fazlollahtabar, Supply Chain Management Models: Forward, Reverse, Uncertain, and Intelligent, 2018
So far, we present the required data for processing the results. To facilitate the computations the mathematical model is encoded in LINGO. The suitable path to deliver product to customer from plant using fitting vehicles is reported in Table 24.11. As well as, the number of responsible vehicles for carrying product and the corresponding amount of product are shown in it. Meanwhile, the final price of product and the tardiness/earliness of delivered product are represented in Table 24.11. The negative sign in DDE column implies the delivery with earliness while positive sign shows the tardiness for delivered product. Also the (−) sign certifies the on-time delivery. The unit of time is considered to be minute. Table 24.12shows the amount of produced product in each plant. The remaining vehicles at the end of each period are represented in Table 24.13.

Additionally, respondents were able to enter their conflicts into a weekly schedule broken down by day and individual hours showing when they had to work during a particular period of time. The week was subdivided into 168 units of time, which corresponds to the number of hours per week. It was possible to assign potential conflicts three levels of priority. The following priorities were used: 1 – slight conflict; 2 – moderate conflict; 3 – severe conflict. This relatively detailed record of potential conflicts was required to make quantified statements regarding conflicts between the private and professional lives of individual employees.

Some definitions of base units are included below: Unit of length: METER (m)—the length of the path that light travels in a vacuum during the time of 1/29,792,458 second (the speed of light).Unit of mass: KILOGRAM (kg)—the mass of the international prototype, which is a cylinder of platinum-iridium alloy material stored in a vault at Sevres, France, and preserved by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures.Unit of time: SECOND (s)—the duration of 9,192,631,770 periods of radiation corresponding to the transition between two levels of a Cesium-133 atom. (This is extremely stable and accurate.)Unit of electric current: AMPERE (A)—the current that, if maintained in two straight parallel conductors of infinite length, placed 1 meter apart in a vacuum, will produce a force of 2 × 10−7 newtons per meter between the two conductors.Unit of temperature: KELVIN (K)—an amount of 1/273.16 of the temperature of the triple point of water. (This is where ice begins to form, and ice, water, and water vapor exist at the same time.) Thus, 0 degrees Centigrade = 273.16 Kelvins.Unit of luminous intensity: CANDELA (cd)—the intensity of a source that produces radiation of a frequency of 540 × 1012 Hertz.Unit of amount of substance: MOLE (mol)—an amount that contains as many atoms, molecules, or other specified particles as there are atoms in 0.012 kilograms of Carbon-12.

In practice, based on the above numerical experiments, a wind turbine system consisting of main bearings and gearboxes is carried out further to verify the theoretical analysis. Firstly, we get the deterioration parameters from real-time monitoring data of a 5 wind turbines which have been running for 5 years. The parameters of degradation, cost and time are given in Table 5. The unit of costs is euro. The unit of time is a week.
