Although interactive computing has been widely accepted in many technical applications, the mining community has been slow to capitalize on its obvious benefits, favoring the batch process. The discussed learning problem can be solved by using a smart education system that utilizes advanced technologies like HCI. It is a discipline that deals with designing, evaluating, and implementing interactive computing systems for human use. It focuses on creating systems that are easy to use, efficient, and effective, considering human factors and the user’s cognitive abilities. Human actions are processed by computers and generate interactive outputs. The HCI processes include voice and image recognition technology, augmented and virtual reality, and other interactive technology. It is defined as a point of contact between the application and end users, creating a communication channel. Communication can be done with the help of multiple input and output channels (Dix et al., 2003). The computer processes the human input during the interaction and generates the outputs. The input channel includes mainly senses like vision, keyboard typing, mouse-clicking, hearing, and touch. The output channels through effectors are the fingers, spoken voice, text, animation eyes, screen display, gesture generation, and facial expression synthesis. Therefore, HCI is a good solution and important for improving the quality of the educational experience because it provides a more natural and efficient way for humans to interact with computers. It can provide standard assessment, supportive information, online education, and course delivery. Additionally, HCI can help educators evaluate the effectiveness of their courses by providing real-time feedback on student engagement and learning outcomes. This can help improve the educational system’s efficiency, reduce costs, and ultimately enhance the quality of education.
