There are various tools (https://www.httrack.com/, https://www.gnu.org/software/wget/, https://jsoup.org/, https://selenium.dev/downloads/) available online which can be used to imitate the entire website and thus these spoofed websites are used for launching phishing attacks. Most of the time, these type of websites get detected by anti-phishing tools because of the usage of identity elements like keywords, copyright, anchor link etc. of genuine websites. With the intension of avoiding their detection, the attackers usually copy the design of login pages and redirect the victim to malicious websites.
