The AGI (Analytical Graphics, Inc.) Satellite Tool Kit (STK) is used throughout to simulate the satellite, its positions and orbits. STK is an analytical tool used by Scientists and Engineers to build realistic scenarios involving spacecraft, heavenly orbits and earth-based objects in an integrated manner. It empowers the users to analyse the detailed satellite communication links coupled with defined transmitter, receiver and antenna properties. Using STK, users can generate detailed link budget reports, graphs and visualise system performance dynamically in 2D and 3D windows and perform analysis. Figure 2 is a flowchart that shows all the steps involved in modelling of geolocation system using STK.

STK (Satellite Tool Kit), a satellite simulation toolkit developed by American Analytical Graphics, is leading commercial analytical software in the aerospace industry, and can rapidly and conveniently present real-time simulation of image in complex environment and provide easily understandable charts and analytic result in text form. The paper generates simulative target sequence with variant scale feature by dint of STK’s function of photographic and vivid displaying, to verify the performance of algorithm.
