A document automation software program streamlines work flow processes to draft and assemble various different documents. An organization would have documents that use different structure, formatting, and styling. A certain type of document may require a particular format. Document automation allows an employee to access the right document type by using templates and questionnaires. All of an organization’s document types are added in the software to create a template of each added document type. Each template would have markups to indicate where all the parts (e.g., title, headings, and sections) are to be placed on the document. Questionnaires are created to enable the software to select the right template. When an employee answers the questions in a questionnaire, the software can select the template based on the employee’s answers.
