Thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPVs), as a special kind of thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), have the properties of both conventional vulcanized rubber and thermoplastics (1–3). Dynamic vulcanization was firstly described by Gessler and Haslett (4) and then developed by Fisher (5,6) and Coran (7). TPVs have attracted both scientific and industrial attention because of their unique characteristics (8), which play the very important role in the areas of automotive, building and construction, wire and cable (9–12), etc.
