Several IVI application and open technologies, such as HTML5 and JavaScript, were addressed (Ostojic et al., 2016). It uses WebGL for progressive graphic effects. A Java-based architecture has been developed to enable the migration into the proposed application world of cluster and IVI applications. Integration of systems that utilizing various mobile electronic technologies in an automotive infotainment system. These apps are built into the user experience and the production cost is reduced. In Volkswagen and Audi vehicles, the control components refer to the control buttons in the lower part of the panel or to the control buttons on the edges, respectively (Hüger, 2012).

Recently, in-vehicle information systems (IVIS), a combination of automobile and IT technologies have emerged as an increasingly important aspect of transportation technology (Horrey et al., 2006; Yoon et al., 2015a, 2015b). Cluster and head-up displays (HUD) and infotainment systems (AVN: audio, video, navigation) are commonly used in most vehicles and are commonly referred to as IVIS (Beck et al., 2019; Feng et al., 2018; Kula et al., 2017; Platten et al., 2013). A cluster is a type of instrument panel that provides detailed information about a vehicle in a driving situation (Bauerfeind et al., 2017; Broy, Alt et al., 2014; Broy, Zierer et al., 2014). An HUD utilizes augmented reality technology to display detailed information about the vehicle to the driver in the driver’s forward field of view (Beck et al., 2019; Merenda et al., 2018; Schwarz & Fastenmeier, 2018; Villalobos-Zúñiga et al., 2016). An infotainment system is a device that provides entertainment functions such as in-vehicle audio, multimedia devices, and navigation devices (Gupte & Askhedkar, 2018). The goal of IVIS is to improve the driving experience through smooth interaction by displaying more information than is possible with an analogue dashboard (Feng et al., 2018; Horrey et al., 2006; Yoon et al., 2015a, 2015b).
