Our new Multipay Portal
When using our new Multipay Portal, your new Customer number from your invoice will appear in Customer Details as a BP number.
Customers who have a billing address and multiple delivery addresses will have one BP number in the Multipay Portal for the billing address and a separate BP number for each delivery address we hold.
A note for users of Bill Trust
Our new Multipay Portal will replace Bill Trust for invoice viewing and payment. All invoices up to February 27th will remain on Bill Trust and should be paid via Bill Trust. Existing Bill Trust logins will work for those invoices only.
During the transition, outstanding invoices will stay on Bill Trust, and existing logins will work for those invoices only. Customers must close any open invoices in Bill Trust, these will not be transferred to the Multipay Portal.
