How long can I still access invoices on Bill Trust?
Taylor & Francis will contact customers before Bill Trust logins are deactivated, and that process will not start imminently. Bill Trust will be available for Taylor & Francis invoices sent up to February 27th 2025. New invoices after February 27th will not be visible in Bill Trust.
When will the new Customer numbers be available?
New customer numbers can be found at the top of invoices issued after March 2nd. These numbers will also be communicated via email in advance and will become effective starting from March 2nd.
