Bacteria are harmless
Published in Dinesh Kumar Jain, Homeopathy, 2022
Regarding air administration, Hahnemann's opinion was correct. Air administration in circulation is dangerous to life and may cause death. All substances cannot be administered intravenously, it is correct. Intravenous route increased risk of adverse effects. It is not suitable for oily solutions. Drugs should be in aqueous solution to administer by intravenous route. Insoluble substances, if administered by intravenous route, damage the body and may cause death.
Nucleic Acids as Therapeutic Targets and Agents

Ifosfamide is used to treat a number of solid tumors such as testicular, lung, ovarian, bone, cervical, breast, and soft-tissue sarcomas, and also both Hodgkin’s and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It is administered rapidly by the intravenous route, in some cases in as little as one hour.
Central nervous system depressants

Use of narcotic analgesics carries a number of risks to health. Some, such as the risk of blood-borne virus infections, soft tissue infections, deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, arise from the intravenous route of use. Other risks, such as opiate overdose, respiratory depression and sudden death, are common to all routes of use. Between 1999 and 2006, the annual death rate in the USA for fatal overdoses of opioids for people aged 15–24 rose from 0.7 per 100,000 to 3.8 per 100,000 (Warner et al., 2009).

Currently, their administration is imperative with cysticidal treatment, in case of medically treatable vesicular cysts [143]. As in case of parenchymal localizations of parasites, cysticidal treatment is clearly associated with increased inflammatory reaction and thus, with possible complications. This treatment is recommended for vesicular cysts located in all the extraparenchymal compartments, although the doses, durations, and most appropriate drugs to be used are still not defined [143]; therefore, a case-by–case approach is necessary. In Mexico, two parameters are taken into account to evaluate doses and duration of treatment: presence and evolution of vasculitis on transcranial Doppler imaging, as it is used for other types of intracranial vasculitis [162,163,174]; and the change in CSF parameters, mainly cellularity [109]. Depending on the results of these exams, intravenous dexamethasone can be administered 2-3 days before initiating cysticidal drugs, as well as during the treatment and for a few more days if the inflammatory reaction persists or increases. The intravenous route is followed by tapered oral administration, depending mainly on clinical, Doppler, and CSF findings.

The use of EVs has shown a great promise for the treatment of respiratory complications of COVID-19 and regeneration of the lungs [42]. EVs are derived from mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) ranging in size from 30 to 150 nm. These nano-vesicles have some advantages such as high stability, ease of storage condition, reduced inflammation and enhancement of cellular repair in the lungs [42,53]. Hydrophobic and hydrophilic drugs could be loaded into the EVs and reach directly to the target site [53]. Influenza virus-mediated lung injury was improved by using MSCs derived EVs in a pig model (Reference). Mahesh Khatri et al. observed increased levels of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 and decreased inflammatory cytokines and chemokines such as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and CXCL-1 secretion after the treatment with EVs in a pig model [54]. Inhalation route of administration delivers EVs directly into the lungs. This pathway is more effective than the intravenous route of drug delivery.

Blood collection was carried out before oral administration (0 min) followed by 5, 15, 30, 60, 90, 120, and 180 min after administration from the jugular vein with an amount of 200 μL of blood by heparinized injection syringe. In the case of intravenous administration, 200 μL of blood samples were collected before administration (0 min) followed by 0.5, 1, 3, 5, 15, 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 300, and 720 min after administration from the tail intravenous route. The collected blood samples were centrifuged at 4 °C, 1500 × g for 15 min to separate the plasma. The separated plasma was stored at –20 °C or lower until the measurement of ALA concentration. In addition, animals whose blood collection was completed were subjected to euthanasia by cervical dislocation after being anesthetized.
