Plasma stealth technology absorbs or refracts electromagnetic waves emitted by detection radar through plasma coating covered by the surface of the object, thus affecting the accurate reception of electromagnetic wave signals by detection radar, which has the advantages of large absorption frequency bandwidth, high absorption rate. Plasma stealth technology, as a brand-new stealth concept, can ensure high-performance stealth without changing the shape of the aircraft. Because of its various advantages and wide application, it has attracted much attention at home and abroad [1–4]. In recent years, the research and application of high-performance plasma coating have been greatly developed [5–7].
