Developing with the AWS CDK: Code snippets and longer examples are available in the AWS CDK's supported programming languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, and C#. The AWS CDK Toolkit is a command line tool for interacting with CDK apps. It enables developers to synthesize artifacts such as AWS CloudFormation templates, and deploy stacks for development of AWS accounts.

In this paper, the construction of a corresponding network and platform is the most important step to ensure that our designed BC-SCM prototype can operate smoothly and that the experiment can evaluate the performance of the prototype accurately. Therefore, first, we set up an AWS server, which is a subsidiary of Amazon that offers on-demand cloud computing platforms to network users and provides a set of distributed computing building blocks and tools. Second, we created an instance for installing Hyperledger along with its command-line interface (CLI) environment. All dependencies are installed along with their appropriate versions before setting up the Hyperledger environment.

AWS is one of the major public cloud service providers in terms of functionality, availability, service variety, sizing, and cost (Dillmann 2016). There are many companies and institutions that cooperate with AWS like Airbnb, Autodesk, BP, Canon, Deloitte, Duolingo, Foursquare, Here, Hitachi, HTC, McDonalds, Netflix, Philips, Siemens, and Xiaomi. As a third-party cloud provider, AWS has hundreds of services which include computing, storage, networking, database, analytics, application services, deployment, and management solutions for its business partners (Amazon Web Services 2020a). In this paper, the most known and used AWS services, EC2, S3, and RDS are explained.
