In September 2021, the EERA will be hosting the Emerging Researcher’s Conference (ERC) and the European Conference on Educational Research (ECER21).  The Emerging Researcher’s Conference precedes ECER and is organised by EERA’s Emerging Researcher’s Group.

This year’s conference theme is Education and Society: expectations, prescriptions, reconciliations, which proposes to investigate the tensions that exist between the broad social, political and economic demands placed on education systems and the realities of daily engagement with learners and those connected to them at all stages of the education continuum.
