Open access agreements
We partner with libraries and institutions in the Middle East and North Africa to offer open access agreements that reduce or cover article publishing charges (APCs) for authors. This means that authors at participating organizations can often publish open access with no personal cost. These agreements simplify the publishing process for authors and reduce costs for librarians.
