When negative pronouns and adverbs are used in a sentence, the so-called double (or multiple) negation occurs (e.g. ‘When she is not demonstrating, lab demonstrations are not very entertaining.’). Findings are presented in the Supplementary material, while for our approach to sentiment analysis, we have used only negation keywords as part of dictionary of inverters (Section 8.1).
