Process migration is the transfer of a part or the entire running process from one node to another under the designed conditions. Any system using process migration should have the capability of running the process on each of the systems’ node. In general, the HPC systems use a process migration for process transition and its management (Barak, Margolin, & Shiloh, 2012; Barak & Shiloh, 2013; Medina & García, 2014).
