Java Development Kit (JDK) is Sun’s free software package, which can be freely downloaded from the Sun’s Web site http://www.sun.com and downloaded from other domestic addresses. JDK version starts at 1.02 (the current version is 1.4, which achieves backward compatibility from the advanced version to the low-level version). Using this package, you can compile and run Java source code. The JDK package we used is “Javajdk1.6.0.02 virtual machine .exe.” Download JDK package and double-click the icon. Then you can install, and the default installation directory is C: \ j2sdk1.6.0.02.

Minimum processor requirement is Intel Core2Duo, Pentium 4/i3. Along with that, minimum speed of the processor should be 2.4 GHz. RAM should be at least 1 GB. Minimum capacity of hard disk should be 50 GB. Operating system compatible is Windows 7 and above. Java 8 is used to design front end. In back end, MySQL 6 is used. Development tool used is JDK 1.8. Integrated Development Environment used to develop the system is Eclipse Luna. So, any Eclipse version above Luna is also compatible. Serer used here is Tomcat 8.

Java is the main language on Android systems. We therefore installed the Java Development Kit (JDK) as a development environment for building applications, applets, and components using the Java programming language. The JDK includes tools that are useful for developing and testing programs written in the Java programming language and running on the Java platform (Richardson, Avondolio, Schrager, Mitchell, & Scanlon, 2007). Furthermore, as the main target of this study was images of tomato fruits, we used the “Processing” software for programing. “Processing” is a simple programming environment that was created to easily develop visually oriented applications with an emphasis on animation and providing users with instant feedback through interaction. It uses a language syntax identical to that of Java but with a few modifications. Using the libraries, the programing will become much easier and the codes can be shortened compared to the Java language (Reas & Fry, 2007).
