Tim Britton joined Taylor & Francis in February 2020 as Chief Strategy Officer to bring increased expertise and focus on company strategy.
Tim has a wide range of senior leadership experience from academic publishing and beyond, with a strong focus on growth, research and strategic insight. He began his career with IFF Research an independent market research company, where he rose to Managing Director. Tim then moved to YouGov, the international research, data and analytics group, as CEO of their UK operations and later as Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA region and following this became Head of Strategy & Transformation for PwC’s market research business. Prior to joining Taylor & Francis, his previous role was with Springer Nature where he was Managing Director of the Open Research Group, responsible for driving the strategy, organisation and profitability of the open research portfolio across journals, books and data.
