Debbie Marshall is Taylor & Francis’ Interim Global HR Director. She has extensive expertise in operational and employment law, as well as over 30 years’ experience in the publishing industry.

Debbie joined Taylor & Francis in 2002 in a Marketing and Customer Services role. She then transitioned into the world of HR in 2005. She has progressed her career in the People Team in several roles, most recently as Global Director of People Operations.

Taylor & Francis is a business Debbie has grown with and for that reason she has a deep commitment to colleague experience and engagement. She has been instrumental in delivering Taylor & Francis’ balanced work policy. She has also encouraged colleagues to reconnect in person, through her work on a redesigned office environment in Taylor & Francis headquarters.

She is a calm, supportive and adaptive leader, and applies her skills to a range of activity from mergers and acquisitions through to change programs.
