Lisa Mahan is Chief Marketing Officer. She has been at Taylor & Francis since 2002. She started her career in account management at B2B and B2C marketing agencies before joining Taylor & Francis to experience marketing ‘client side’. During this time she worked across the entire portfolio of subjects, as a product marketer, then moving to focus on leading the libraries and institutions marketing team. She now leads the global marketing function for the Researcher Services business, with a relentless focus on delivering an outstanding and personalised customer experience, using the very best digital technologies. She has a passion for encouraging new generations of marketers into the industry as well as demonstrating the contribution the marketing specialism brings to business growth.
