The second training was arranged in 2010 as two sessions of two days each. There were eight line managers participating from different organizations. At the beginning of the training, participants agreed on the suggested contents of the training with minor adjustments. After the training, they were requested to give feedback. According to the feedback, they found the training very advantageous to their work. The training helped them to clarify their legal responsibilities. They got knowledge and tools for managing safety issues in their own organizations. They emphasized systematic safety management, especially risk assessment, accident investigation, analytic approach, and continuous improvement of safety issues.
