Lisa Mahan started her career in account management at B2B and B2C marketing agencies. She joined Taylor & Francis 17 years ago to experience marketing ‘client side’. During this time she has worked across the entire portfolio of subjects, as a product marketer, then moving to focus on leading the libraries and institutions marketing team. For the last three years, Lisa has led the global marketing function for the Researcher Services business, with a relentless focus on delivering an outstanding and personalised customer experience, using the very best digital technologies.
